Terms and Conditions is a snapshot of the Original Members Agreement on www.YOBIKE.IN. Please do read the entire Members Agreement, Fee Policy and Privacy Policy. Member should alone be the driver of the vehicle. Member should have a valid driving license.Member should not be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs while driving. Member and pillion rider should always wear helmets. Member has read the pricing chart and fee policy on www.yobike.in and agrees to the same. Member is responsible completely for damages, accident costs, scratches, traffic violations and any other government penalties during time of hire as per Fee Policy on www.yobike.in We are open from morning to night and offer vehicles overnight as well. Timings vary across pickup sites, check our tariff policy for more. I have read all the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Members Agreement at www.yobike.in and I hereby agree to all the Terms and Conditions put forth by Shikha INNOVATIVE IT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED.
